Our Principal Consultant, Clair Williams-Vavra, is an entrepreneur and consultant leading business initiatives related to improving sales, operations, and culture. She is passionate about building out sales process and seeing her clients improve their revenue and conversions. Her unique approach is rooted in teaching, collaboration, and discovering creative solutions to complex business problems. She is the former Sales Engagement Manager at WorkTorch, a venture-backed SaaS startup that automates worker recruitment for large retailers nationwide. Williams-Vavra earned her BA and MS in Mass Communications from the University of Northern Iowa. She is passionate about streamlining operations and creating a work culture of radical candor and creative innovation.
